SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At Flora Krafts, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, India Post, and other reliable logistics providers based on service availability and delivery location. We choose the most suitable courier service for each order to ensure safe and timely delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other cities: 4–7 business days. Remote locations: 5–10 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions from time to time.

COURIER PARTNERS

We use multiple courier partners based on availability, service quality, and delivery speed including Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, India Post, and other verified logistics partners. The final courier is selected automatically based on serviceability to your delivery pin code.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the courier tracking link provided.

DAMAGED, LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution within 2 to 3 business days such as replacement or refund (if applicable).

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will investigate within 2 to 3 business days and either resend the product or issue a refund depending on product availability (if applicable).

Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving such issues.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / DELIVERY FAILURE

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

RISK & OWNERSHIP

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, ownership and risk of the package transfer to the customer. We will still assist in resolving delivery-related issues.
